POF 3-Layers Coextrusion Heat Shrink Flim Blowing

POF 3-layer coextrusion (polyolefin) heat shrinking film blowing machine is designed and made by absorbing advanced technology from abroad and our 20 years own experiences in film blowing, we adopt “double bubble tube film method” international advanced technology. Formed by two-stage blow process, it can produce 3-layer structure of POF heat shrink film. Our products are good transparent, low temperature resistant, flexible, high shrinkage rate, light specific gravity and etc advance physical performance. It is usually used for food, beverage, medicine, commodity, stationeries and AV products heat shrink packaging. It’s a heat shrink packaging material of new generation environmental protection.

Structure Characterisitc

1、The unique designed PP/PE/PP 3-layer coextrusion die head. The die head adopts technology of two-extruder three-layer coextrusion to ensure short retention time of flowing channel discharging and uniform distribution of rapid melting. No mixed layer and convincing performance.

2、Equipped with advanced film thickness measuring gauge system, thickness error of the longitudinal and transverse of film can be reduced largely.

3、Equipped capacitance thickness measuring detecting head or catoptric detecting head USA NDC.

4、Big touch screen, intuitionistic interface, eady to operate.

5、A lot of high technology such as mandril inner cooling forming system, infrared heating system, auto supply gas system, temperature control adjustable module, rewind tensility control,center rotary rewind.
